Born Anastasia Jeanne Lovitess Stefanopalis. Yeah. Right. Jude was raised with a silver spoon, and the second she was out of her mother's clutches, she wanted an alternative lifestyle. She couldn't stand the frilly dresses, the coiffed hair, the thirty-five steps that lead up the entrance stairwell to her bedroom on the second floor. She had stuffed animals tossed aimlessly around her room, from teddy bears to rag dolls. Never again.

Trouble started when she hit highschool. The enrollment sheets said Jude Roosevelt; she was damned if they would know her as Anastasia Stefanopalis. She was a good student; in fact, she was brilliant. She hit an A in every subject. She was part of sports teams, in clubs. She was popular. But home life was difficult. Her mother didn't want her going to some 'classless' public school. She wanted her darling daughter to attend private school; Jude wouldn't listen. She wanted her freedom.

Her mothered died at the beginning of her Sophomore year. That was the year that her father married Sabrina, a 20-year-old stripper from Detroit. And it was the year Jude was expelled from George Peterson for having sex in the hallway during school. Charles Peterson was the next option; now, private schools wouldn't even touch her.

Other than being just a smidgen bi-polar, Jude seems pretty level headed. She's usually cheerful, she likes to hang out with her friends, she enjoys going out to eat with family and she's charismatic. Jude is a fairly sociable person. She never turns down a friend, and tends to have more than most people can handle. She's a big partier, but doesn't drink while out in public. Jude doesn't do any drugs.

It's rare to see Jude as anything but happy. Anger and depression tend to be emotions reserved for her family problems; when she feels them outside of that, she doesn't show it. She's an easily jealous girl; she hates sharing things that she considers hers. When she's upset, she prefers not to talk about anything that revolves around the source of her depression.

People give Jude a natural high. She enjoys her popularity, if not her well-to-do family history. She doesn't discriminate towards people who are 'poor' or 'underpriveledged', as her parents called it, and won't mention her good financial situations to strangers, or even to friends. She prefers no one to know she's a 'rich, spoiled brat'.

Her bubblegum popped loudly as she walked down the hallway of Charles Peterson, her canvas sneakers scuffing the tile floor under her tulle skirt as she looked around. She was skipping her class; it was a waste of her time to sit in a classroom for an hour and listen to some crotchety old man talk about the reproductive system and contraceptives. I think I know how to correctly use a condom by now. She snorted, stopping in front of a locker. 23. 45. 19. Click. It opened for her, revealing...nothing. Well, almost nothing. There was a mirror, and some tacked up pictures of friends from the club. But that was it. She didn't keep her things in her locker. She wasn't stupid. She kept them in a ratty VolCom backpack that she carted everywhere.

The bell rang and she smiled. Time to go home, finally, though she wouldn't really go home. She never went home; well, not until her father texted her. Why should she? She hated Sabrina, her new, hot, stripper version of a step-mother. Her sister Chelsea agreed, but at 14 she couldn't do much. A sigh escaped Jude and she shut her locker loudly, heading out of the school in silence.
